St. Thomas Radiology Associates is located in the Paragon Medical Building, a modern, new building conveniently located behind Roy Lester Schneider Hospital in St. Thomas. Our offices are on the first floor in Suite 103.

Monday through Friday: 8am to 5pm
Saturday: 9am to 12pm

Insurance Information

We are happy to accept most major insurance plans and Medicare.  Prior to your arrival, be sure to determine what your insurance plan requires in terms of co-payments and deductibles.  At the time of service, you will be responsible for paying any co-payments or amounts that must be applied to an unmet deductible.  We will bill your insurance directly for the balance.  Please be sure to bring your insurance information with you to your appointment.  Additionally, some insurance plans require a referral from a primary care physician, so please be sure to bring this form with you to your appointment.

Billing Information

Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered.  If you have insurance, we will bill your insurance company directly provided that your deductible is met.  If your insurance plan requires a co-payment, this co-payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, ATH and most major credit cards.
